Steinman, For Blameless Service in the Police, Diakov-925.3 (R4), unlisted in Smirnov, 33mm, 18.64g, good XF with nice charcoal toning and light rubbing on the highpoints. Obv. Portrait of Alexander III in a circular inscription, within a wreath. Rev. Four-line inscription within a wreath. Extremely rare, and type of the piece sold in Zurich, in the recent Sincona Collection, Part 1, October 9/12, 2012, Lot # 1991. That example realized 8,000 Swiss Francs, plus the buyer's commission.
