Rouble 1861 CПБ-MИ XF Details (Cleaned) NGC, St. Petersburg mint, KM-Y25, Bit-73 (R3). An excessively rare Alexander II Rouble, featuring the mintmaster initials of Mikhail Ivanov, making this the much more prized St. Petersburg offering for the date. While cleaned, this specimen boasts clarity to the devices that helps maintain the desirability of this piece among potential suitors. A few rim bumps and wayward abrasions on each side are noted for clarity, but the rarity of this issue is undeniable and presented here is a respectable example worthy of praise.
